| The NFGFC, in an effort to help those non-boating members in the club, has created this signup form to try to pair up boating members with those members who otherwise would not be able to fish from a boat, or participate in our monthly tournaments. |
As a non-boater, if you are invited on a trip or entered into a tournament with another member with a boat, the owner/captain of the vessel may require certain things from you. These may include: Helping pay for gas, ice and bait, helping to load and unload the boat, helping with the cleaning and storage of the boat, etc. Please contact the owner/captain well before the trip to find out what is expected of you as a guest aboard their boat. Also find out what type of gear you should bring aboard. Following these guidelines should ensure that everyone has a safe and fun trip, as well as the most important thing, getting invited again! |
